Responsibilities
- Obtain considerable knowledge of new SAP system and peripheral systems (Production / Plant Maintenance / Source to Pay) to assist in developing a change management strategy for Northeast Region operations
- Standardize and streamline work processes in the new system between management units
- Participate in discussions concerning new SAP system development and provide recommendations as to the needs of the Northeast Region
- Assist with testing and validation of new SAP system utilizing knowledge of existing systems
- Manage mater data set up and legacy system cleansing for the Northeast Region
- Provide training for Northeast Materials deployments
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized SAP security roles with consideration to separation of duties and audit concerns
- Analyze reports and assist with development of reports required by management
- Assist with user questions, troubleshooting after deployment
- Support ongoing Plant Maintenance master data requirements including equipment masters, maintenance plans, work orders, etc.
- Serve as Operations liaison with STEP/SAP team post golive representing Northeast Region
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- Solid knowledge of the organization, the competences and products of Heidelberg Materials
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Some travel required (up to 25% anticipated during the project within the NE region and to Corporate HQ)
- Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, accounting, sales and material movement a plus

Technical Competencies
- Microsoft Excel, advanced or intermediate level preferred
- SAP knowledge a plus
