Responsibilities

Obtain considerable knowledge of new SAP system and peripheral systems (Production / Plant Maintenance / Source to Pay) to assist in developing a change management strategy for Northeast Region operations
Standardize and streamline work processes in the new system between management units
Participate in discussions concerning new SAP system development and provide recommendations as to the needs of the Northeast Region
Assist with testing and validation of new SAP system utilizing knowledge of existing systems
Manage mater data set up and legacy system cleansing for the Northeast Region
Provide training for Northeast Materials deployments
Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized SAP security roles with consideration to separation of duties and audit concerns
Analyze reports and assist with development of reports required by management
Assist with user questions, troubleshooting after deployment
Support ongoing Plant Maintenance master data requirements including equipment masters, maintenance plans, work orders, etc.
Serve as Operations liaison with STEP/SAP team post golive representing Northeast Region

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Solid knowledge of the organization, the competences and products of Heidelberg Materials
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work with mínimal supervision
Some travel required (up to 25% anticipated during the project within the NE region and to Corporate HQ)
Knowledge of manufacturing, inventory, accounting, sales and material movement a plus
