Your responsibilities:


  • Acting as a liaison between technical service and various design and technical departments
  • Analyzing technical and customerspecific requirements and assessing their applicability to our machine portfolio
  • Assisting technical service in troubleshooting and resolving machine and/or application issues
  • Supporting proper use of our machines and optimizing systems
  • Defining retrofit and conversion kits in close cooperation with internal and external design teams
  • Serving as a technical contact for sales and product management
  • Contributing to the development of new applications for our machines

Requirements:


  • Completed vocational training with subsequent degree or certification in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of aseptic filling machines
  • Experience in project and requirement management
  • Knowledge of process and technical applications
