Instead, we deliver highly personalized treatment plans while building lasting relationships with our clients to ensure they receive the best care possible.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Excellent telephone manner and skills
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Manage calendar and check in/out in EMR (EMA Modernizing Medicine), monitor daily office flow to ensure smooth experience for all patients
  • Process Payments
  • Multitasking while keeping a positive and friendly demeanor is a must
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Directing calls on a multiline phone
  • Registering and schedule patients seeking an appointment via phone or electronic correspondence
  • Enter and verify demographic information
  • Provide information to patients regarding products and services
  • Making future appointments

Qualifications:


  • Full availability M-F (7:45am4:15pm) and every other Saturday (91).
  • Must have at least three (3) years of customer service experience
  • Must have at least one (1) year of telephonic experience discussing confidential medical information to consumers
  • Health Plan experience highly desirable
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as assigned
  • Able to maintain poise and a friendly attitude at all times

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
