- Handles guest problems and complaints
- Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with Colleagues and ensures Colleagues do the same within the team
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum of two years of bar or restaurant supervisory experience, preferably in a luxury setting
- Should possess a strong knowledge of liquor, beer and wine
- Ability to lift/carry weight up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
