Description

We are currently seeking a Field Technician for our Digital & Technology Team at River Oaks. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the southern region of Germany, with various locations at SSP sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing technical remote or onsite support for operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and resolving incidents.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components of IT systems, such as desktops, laptops, and servers.
Conducting inventory and upgrades of local IT infrastructure, and documenting all incidents, service requests, and changes in designated systems.
Collaborating with third parties on project work and ensuring timely completion.
