Electricians to inspect electrical installation - Confluence, PA, United States - beBee Handyman

I have several issues that I would like to address, so I am looking for an electrician to come for a few hours and help me resolve them.

1- I have a cable installed that needs to be connected to the electrical panel, but I do not want to do it myself, I prefer a specialist.

Ideally with a new differential.

2- I have a differential that keeps tripping, and I would like to replace it with one that can handle higher power to prevent it from tripping.

It covers refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, and anything plugged into the kitchen outlets. It always trips when the dishwasher is running.
3- I have 2 lights in the entrance that used to work fine when they were not LED. Since switching to LED, they started flickering and now they do not turn on at all.

However, a tester shows that there is power, but only the conventional bulbs (which are difficult to find) turn on.

The modern LED bulbs do not turn on, and the low-energy ones flicker at half power.

4- While working on this, I also need to install a new light point to prepare for an air conditioning installation.

I will run the cable, but I am not sure if it should go to the electrical panel or an outlet.

5- If there is time, I would also like to address the following:
