We're seeking a highly motivated Transaction Coordinator to join our dynamic real estate team and play a vital role in our success.
In this role, you'll be responsible for taking residential real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients and agents.
Here's a glimpse into what you'll be doing:
- Overseeing residential real estate transactions from contract to close
- Creating and maintaining detailed checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Communicating effectively with clients, agents, lenders, escrow and other parties involved in the transaction
- Making sure all brokerage requirements are met on each transaction
- Coordinating with our finance team to make sure agent compensation is correct
- Training new agents on our established transaction process
- Documenting and refining our transaction processes for optimal efficiency
- Presenting to large groups and creating screen recordings of processes
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a keen eye for detail and enjoys staying organized
- Has experience with transaction coordination/management including disclosures, setting appointments, inspections, etc. and/or has escrow or loan processing experience
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is a team player with a positive and energetic attitude
- Feels comfortable working and presenting to large groups
- Is proficient in Google Workspace, Zipforms and understands how a CRM works.
- Helpful if they have previous experience with Business Tracker, Skyslope or Dotloop
- Bonus if you have experience and enjoy event planning. Team social gatherings, games, team building.
Applicant MUST be a licensed Realtor in the State of California - no exceptions.
This is a hybrid position offering a fun and collaborative work environment We believe in a healthy work-life balance and offer a schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with some flexibility on start and end times).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage of $25/hr, plus $50 per closing and quarterly bonus opportunities
