    We are currently looking for full-time Behavior Technicians who are passionate about making a positive impact on our clients' lives.


    (2) Full-time positions available:

    • 7am to 7pm (12-hour rotating schedule)
    • 7pm to 7am (12-hour rotating schedule)


    Key Responsibilities as a Behavioral Health Tech:


    • Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times.
    • Prepare and serve meals following the facility menu.
    • Complete tasks from the facility Chore Sheet as instructed.
    • Treat all residents with dignity and respect.
    • Supervise resident medication procedures to ensure proper administration.
    • Document daily charts.
    • Adhere to The Wood Group's policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Texas Driver's license
    • Previous CNA experience is beneficial, but not required
    • Background in mental health is preferred
