Job Overview:
power supply manufacturer located close to Gardena is seeking a junior buyer that is computer literate to help manage material flow for electrical and electronics parts
pervious experience with printed circuit board, sheet metal and MRP familiarity is a plus
We are seeking a detail-oriented Material Planner to join our team.
The Material Planner will be responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule requirements.
Duties:
- Develop material schedules and plans to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize material needs and resolve any discrepancies
- Utilize inventory control systems to track and manage materials efficiently
Qualifications:
- familiar with materials management, supply chain management,
- Knowledge of demand planning systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
