Description
IT Support Technician:
$25/hr-$35/hr (depending on level)
All tech staff quickly progress to a salaried position ranging from:
$4,000/mth (level 1) to $6,000/mth (level 3) + bonuses and perks
We are interested in your intelligence, personality, and sense of humor as much as your education and experience. And there is _always_ room for advancement, particularly to an Account Manager role.
Level-1 Technician (aka Tier 1: requires basic IT capabilities, can be trained)
Level-2 Technician (aka Tier 2: requires networking knowledge and/or experience)
Level-3 Technician (aka Tier 3: requires advanced networking knowledge and experience)
Applicants must be familiar with:
- Windows 811 and Mac OS
- PC Hardware, RAID arrays, etc.
- Security Software, Malware Removal
- Basic networking, TCP/IP, encryption, etc.
Applicants must possess:
- strong people skills
- college degree or equivalent
Responsibilities may include:
- PC setups & cleanups
- hardware replacements & upgrades
- troubleshooting hardware & software issues
- smart-home/business automation setups
- server maintenance & management
- security camera installations, etc.
- computer pickups and drop-offs
- phone support / consulting
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
