Assess and prioritize patient needs in the Emergency Department
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
Perform clinical procedures such as IV placement, wound care, and patient monitoring
Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families during times of crisis
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in continuing education and training to stay current on best practices in emergency nursing

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [insert state]
