Lead IT Expert Offering (m/f/d)

immediately and full-time in Bonn or Munich, alternatively nationwide at one of our BWI locations.

The Shared Service Delivery (SSD) is responsible for the service design, service development, and provision of all end-user, data center & cloud infrastructure, and communication services of the BWI service portfolio. It primarily provides standardized service solutions for customers. The Shared Service Delivery is an integral part of the CDO and is thus significantly responsible for the joint goals and measures. Our goal is maximum operational stability and high customer satisfaction.

The Shared Service Management (SSM) department is responsible for the overall planning and control of SSD service delivery and acts as the central interface to the internal client.
