- Must be a US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required
- Eight years of related experience required
- Proficiency in database and accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance preferred
- Certified Public Accountant designation preferred
- Oversee and manage operations of the Accounting Department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll
- Recruit and hire accounting and financial staff while conducting performance evaluations
- Coordinate training programs for new staff and identify training needs for current staff
- Oversee internal controls over accounting functions to minimize risk
- Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Process accounts payable invoices and expense reports
- Allocate expenses between various jobs/cost objectives, billing as needed
- Assist with investor and lender reporting
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls
