We are currently seeking a Business Development Director (Community Ambassador) who is passionate about making a difference for our Newport Mesa

The non-negotiables:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • Two to three years of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Passion to make a difference in the lives of people with memory impairing diseases and their families highly desirable
  • Polished presentation skills and database management experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
  • Must have own transportation

What you'll be doing:


  • Generate qualified referrals for census development
  • Visit both traditional and nontraditional accounts
  • Educate professionals on dementia and Alzheimer's resources
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
  • Assist in creating sales and outreach plans, along with public relations opportunities, to promote the Silverado Vision and Mission Statement
