    Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Partner

    Company: Boutique Personal Injury Law Firm

    Description:

    We are a thriving boutique Personal Injury law firm situated in Scottsdale, Arizona, looking to welcome an experienced Executive Assistant for our Managing Partner to handle day-to-day tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the Managing Partner, taking charge of data integrity, tracking, monitoring, and reporting aspects related to the firm's case management systems and legal technology software. Responsibilities include overseeing assigned projects, ensuring adherence to firm procedures and policies, and implementing industry-standard best practices and procedures with a strong preference for a background in Personal Injury.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all IT requirements within the firm, including setting up employee workstations with necessary equipment and software
    • Implement new software developments
    • Maintain accurate records of clients, firm, and employees as required
    • Assist Managing Partner with day-to-day responsibilities and projects
    • Work on reconciling lien reductions on the Plaintiff's side
    • Support client account reconciliations when necessary
    • Coordinate and facilitate office meetings
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

    Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge and experience in computer software, including Case Management Systems and legal software
    • Prior experience in the legal field, particularly Personal Injury
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other Case Management Systems
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
    • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
