This demands a special kind of Verizon Customer Service Representative - one who takes the time to listen, understand and establish trust with their customers.

The Verizon Customer Service Representative opportunity within our firm is the direct contact between potential customers and clients.

This position's main objective is to provide unwavering support to the customer, answering questions, offering service support, and delivering unique, tailored customer service solutions.


What The Verizon Customer Service Representative Will Be Doing:

  • Follow all CDC and local mandates while working with customers. We are not willing to compromise your safety OR the customers
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns utilizing active listening skills, professionalism, and a high level of emotional intelligence
  • Deliver personalized product and service recommendations with the customer's wants and needs at the forefront
  • Accurately notate, complete, and file product order forms using an intense level of discretion while working with confidential customer information
  • Work with Customer Service Management and senior leadership to stay updated on product and service knowledge, compliance policies, and delivery/installation changes

What Skills You Will Need To Be A Successful Verizon Customer Service Representative:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Timely and dependable; You possess a reputation as always being on time and prepared


  • Technologically savvy

  • You are comfortable working with new apps, software and can easily navigate through a tablet
  • Confidence in your ability to overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Must be comfortable working in a fastpaced, highenergy environment where creativity, proactivity, and teamwork are essential

Pay:
$ $1,200.00 per week
