    Description
    Loan Processing Responsibilities

    Coordinating loan closings with the originations team and the borrower
    Critically reviewing and processing construction loan draw requests and balance construction escrow accounts
    Ensuring that we are funding appropriately, according to the applicable PACE statute
    Ensuring post-closing files are complete with updates on construction (i.e. progress photos, property financials, etc.)
    Following up on trailing documents from loan closings (i.e. certificates of occupancy)
    Reviewing and filing insurance cancellations and following up with clients to ensure proper insurance is maintained
    Troubleshooting questions from PACE Program Administrators regarding existing assets (such as post-closing commissioning confirmation)
    Assistance with monitoring of existing portfolio and ensuring payments remitted on time and, where applicable, assisting with early payoffs
    Reviewing applicable states property tax bills to ensure borrowers paid PACE special assessments
    Other tasks as needed

    Required Skills & Experience

    At least 3 years of experience with commercial real estate draws/lien waivers
    Prior experience at a title company (highly desired)
    Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to follow through on tasks
    Extremely organized and responsive
    Curious, with a problem-solving attitude (identify issues, but also suggest solutions)
    Research skills

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

    Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
