    Job Description Job Description A hospital located in Elmhurst, IL is currently seeking a Registered Nurse - MedSurg to join their team full timeCheck out the details below:

    Title: Registered Nurse - MedSurg

    Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

    Setting: Intensive Care Unit

    Location: Elmhurst, IL

    Schedule: Full Time & Part Time available, 7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am, required to work every 3rd weekend, no on-call

    Pay: Competitive pay depending on years of relevant and like experience.

    The Registered Nurse - MedSurg duties to include but not limited to:

    • Employ critical thinking skills, assesses patients condition, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors patients progress, and records pertinent observations
    • Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to other staff
    • Collaborates with patients, families, and other health care providers to establish plan of care and measure outcomes
    • Provide professional nursing care according in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
    REQUIREMENTS:


    • Current Illinois RN License
    -1 year of acute care (hospital) nursing experience

    • Associate Degree (must complete Bachelors Degree of Nursing within five years of position start date or RN Diploma Nurse
    • CPR certification
