We are seeking Customer Service Reps to join our team at a leading company in the HVAC equipment industry** We are having a HIRING EVENT on THURSDAY, MAY 16 from 10AM-1PM in our office in EAST FORT LAUDERDALEAPPLY NOW SO WE CAN GET YOU SCHEDULED TO ATTENDFor immediate consideration, email an updated copy of your resume to $ $16 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls/emails and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfactionProcess new orders based on customer requestsTrack open orders to ensure completenessCheck pricing and verify availabilityReview and troubleshoot customer problems and initiate standard action for repair, replacement, return or field serviceUse computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshootingWhat you'll have:High School Diploma1-2 years of related experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skillsAbility to learn and understand technical terminologyAble to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on detailsSchedule: Schedule can range from 7:30AM start to 7:30PM end or later, along with alternating weekends.

    Plenty of opportunity for overtime.
