Description

Primary Responsibilities Include:


  • Making independent decisions and identifying approaches to facilitate goals
  • Bookkeeping assistance
  • Travel arrangements
  • Shopping, running errands, problemsolving, paying vendors
  • Making phone calls, coordinating workflow, and general administrative assistance
  • Answering phones (as backup coverage)
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:


  • Welldeveloped organizational skills
  • Detail oriented yet with a natural ability to see the big picture
  • Ability to react and adapt to changing situations appropriately.
  • Professional demeanor
  • Working (and reliable) vehicle and within easy commute to Lorton VA
  • Ability to work in office in Lorton VA as needed
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Background Check

Preferred:


  • Genuine and comprehensive experience residing in the Northern Virginia area
  • Minimum five years of general office experience
  • Personal assistance experience
  • Bookkeeping and/or Quickbooks Online experience
