Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Making independent decisions and identifying approaches to facilitate goals
- Bookkeeping assistance
- Travel arrangements
- Shopping, running errands, problemsolving, paying vendors
- Making phone calls, coordinating workflow, and general administrative assistance
- Answering phones (as backup coverage)
- Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Welldeveloped organizational skills
- Detail oriented yet with a natural ability to see the big picture
- Ability to react and adapt to changing situations appropriately.
- Professional demeanor
- Working (and reliable) vehicle and within easy commute to Lorton VA
- Ability to work in office in Lorton VA as needed
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a Background Check
Preferred:
- Genuine and comprehensive experience residing in the Northern Virginia area
- Minimum five years of general office experience
- Personal assistance experience
- Bookkeeping and/or Quickbooks Online experience
Job Type:

$ $23.00 per hour
