Duties:_
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable (Invoicing, Issuing Purchase Order, Payment Processing, etc.)
- Assist in maintaining our company financial records and ensure accuracy.
- Conduct data entry tasks for financial transactions and record keeping.
- Reconcile Bank Accounts
- Processing payroll weekly
- Help prepare financial reports.
- Maintain up to date Certificates of Insurance for all subcontractors.
Requirements:_
- Previous experience in a clerical or office setting
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with AIA Contracts and documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, while also being able to excel while working independently.
Preferred Skills:_
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
- Experience using the Procore Construction Management Website & App
- Understanding of the insurance audit process
- Proficiency in proofreading and filing documents.
- Having a Notary Stamp is a plus, but not required.
- Preferred BI-LINGUAL (English & Spanish), but not required.

Pay:
$ $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
