    Job Description:
    We are collaborating with a client who operates a reputable healthcare clinic/facility in Norman, OK.

    They are currently in search of a dedicated and focused Occupational Therapist who can proficiently ensure ethical, cost-effective treatment for patients.


    Key Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's degree or an advanced one.
    • A minimum of one year's practical exposure in Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine.
    • A valid Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) certification/license pertinent to Oklahoma (OK).
    • A valid Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification/license certified by the American Heart Association.

    Job Overview:


    In this capacity, the Occupational Therapist will be committed to providing proficient patient care to a diverse set of patients, adhering to their professional scope.

    The responsibilities would include all-encompassing assessments, formulating care plans, recommending therapeutic interventions, performing timely documentation, and educating the patients.


    The salary structure lies within the range of $33.87/hour to $55.31/hour, determined based on an in-depth appraisal of your qualifications and experience.


    Added shift differentials are included:
    2.50 evening, 3.00 night, and 3.00 weekend.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Fulfill the responsibility of managing, delivering, and documenting patient care with diligence.
    • Carry out an initial and ongoing assessment of the patient's condition.
    • Formulate a suitable plan of care.
    • Administer therapeutic interventions in accordance with the patients' age and disability.
    • Timely documentation of the delivery of occupational therapy services.
    • Educate the patients, their families, caregivers, relevant others, and staff.

    Schedule and Shift Details:

    • 8 hours per day, Fulltime, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
