We are currently seeking a strong leader to join our team at Stadtwerke Würzburg AG as a Power Plant Manager (m/f/d) for our heating power plant in Würzburg.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring continuous and troublefree operation of the heating power plant, combined heat and power plant, and virtual power plant
- Ensuring occupational safety, environmental protection, and object security
- Creating, evaluating, and analyzing key figures and business plans
- Determining and monitoring load management and maintenance concepts
- Managing and monitoring material and external service procurement
- Leading and managing projects
- Advising and supporting the executive board in technical processes
- Workforce planning and management
- Participation in oncall duty
Your profile:
- Completed technical degree
- Comprehensive knowledge of energy and process engineering, as well as load management
- Ideally, experience in project management and maintenance
- Proficient in MS Office and general IT skills
