    LaSalle Network has partnered with a major hospital system in their search for a Patient Access Specialist.

    As the frontline ambassadors of our esteemed hospital system, you'll wield your exceptional people skills to ensure every patient journey is nothing short of extraordinary.

    As a Patient Access Specialist, you will get to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly enhance patient care and support.

    Patient Access Specialist Responsibilities:
    Be the friendly voice that answers phones and assists patients with questions they have Skillfully manage appointments, patient inquiries and registration processes to keep our client's operations running smoothly Ensure strict compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient privacy Work hand-in-hand with various departments to streamline patient flow and swiftly resolve any issues that arise
