Responsibilities- Strategic analysis and evaluation of balance sheet, income, risk, and liquidity structures at the overall bank level
- Key figure, capital, and liquidity planning
- Identification, quantification, and evaluation of risks, particularly market price and credit risks
- Optimization of risk management methods and processes
- Preparation of business evaluations, including profit forecasts and risk reports
- Analytical, structured, and solutionoriented work approach
- Affinity for numbers, banking financial processes, and strategic and operational goal systems
- Proactive, responsible, and teamoriented
- Experience in bank controlling
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop
