What can you expect?
- You will be responsible for setting up and expanding a new team at our location in Schloß Holte-Stukenbock
- You will take on the professional leadership of the department and coordinate the distribution of tasks
- You will be involved in personnel decisions and support employee development
- You will act as a representative of the company and be the contact person for our customers
What should you bring?
- You have completed a vocational training in the financial services sector or have a comparable qualification
- You ideally have several years of professional experience in a service center environment
- You are decisive and have a conceptual, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented way of working. You are also determined, dedicated, and have strong organizational skills
- You have excellent communication and social skills, combined with a confident demeanor
What do we offer?
- A permanent contract and flexible working hours to achieve a balance between your personal needs and our workload
- Part-time work is also welcome, for example, from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm, in the afternoon from 4 pm to 8 pm, or on weekends
- 30 days of vacation per year
