Description

You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members as a clinical professional on our Medical Management/Health Services team.

Position Purpose:
Perform necessary pharmacy services and prescription benefit related functions for internal customers, members, physicians and pharmacies.

Triage coverage determination requests submitted from providers through prior authorization system.
Review coverage determinations forms submitted by providers for accuracy and completeness.
Assist team in researching and resolving problems involving coverage determinations.
Contact providers for additional information to facilitate the coverage determination review.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of pharmacy experience.

License/Certification:
Current state's Pharmacy Technician license.

For Fidelis Care Only:
National Pharmacy Technician Certification Required within 90 days

Pay Range:
$ $26.20 per hour
