Description

The Position:

We are looking for a motivated Founder Associate (m/f/d) to support our company and drive the growth of the entire organization.

In your daily work, you will focus on optimizing key processes alongside our C-level team and make a valuable contribution to various exciting projects.

Be responsible for:

Promoting operational excellence throughout our organization by closely collaborating with the management team and operational departments
Supporting the Head of CEO Office and management in all operational and processrelated matters
Leading and managing multiple growth initiatives and projects simultaneously
Developing strategies to improve key business processes
Identifying opportunities for workflow automation and implementing them to facilitate the scaling process
Providing strategic support to various departments of the company through adhoc projects, where and when needed
Monitoring departmentspecific KPIs and identifying opportunities to ensure/optimize their fulfillment

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies at a top university in a businessrelated field
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a business position, preferably in a VC company, highgrowth startup, investment bank, or consulting firm
Excellent understanding of business processes
Pragmatic and creative approach to problemsolving and resilience in dealing with challenges
Excellent analytical skills, combined with a high level of autonomy, initiative, and practical mentality
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Fluent in German and English
