We are seeking several visionary designers for our new client, the largest social media platform in the world, to join their 400-person team in Houma, LA.
As a Community Manager (M/F / d), you will serve as the bridge between the platform and their German clients.
Your unique personality and originality will be key in building strong relationships with customers. Your passion for customer service will ensure that every interaction is a personalized and exceptional experience. You will be responsible for managing customer success and will thrive in a community and communication-driven environment.This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the European Union.
Your responsibilities as a Community Manager will include:
- Providing guidance to small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) on advertising solutions and managing advertisements
- Offering postsales support and showcasing the benefits of advertising solutions
- Utilizing all communication channels, including voice, written, and social media platforms, to respond to customer inquiries
Do you have what it takes to be a successful Community Manager?:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (B2+)
- Knowledge of social media advertising products or a strong interest in digital advertising
- Ability to problemsolve, multitask, and thrive under pressure to achieve the best results
- Quick learner with strong comprehension skills
