- Service residential systems and small to mid-sized commercial systems.
- Actively participate in company initiatives such as securing referrals and upselling.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience or equivalent technical education.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
- Knowledge and experience with hand and power tools.
- Possess strong technical aptitude.
- Ability to engage others through active listening.
- Ability to climb ladders 6 ft. or greater
- Current Class B License or in the process of renewing, Level 2 or higher.
