What it's all about:

You will be responsible for selling our customer-specific energy solutions for electricity, heat, and electric mobility customers, mainly in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.

With a focus on customer acquisition, you will identify sales opportunities for optimizing customers' energy ecosystems, convert them into attractive leads, and initiate acquisition through direct customer contact.

As a central interface to the customer, you will manage the development of individual solution offers in close cooperation with other departments and lead customers to contract conclusion.

You are familiar with the market conditions and the needs of our customers and incorporate these requirements into the development of new and existing energy solutions, always keeping the sales goals in mind.

You play a key role in creating acquisition plans and concepts and work integratively with the individual departments.


What we are looking for:

You have a degree in a technical or business field; alternatively, you have completed relevant further education after your commercial or technical training.

You have a strong understanding of the market and a good sense for the needs of customers, including empathy and the ability to reflect and use their needs profitably.

Your well-structured way of working helps you to prioritize customer inquiries and requests. You have a high economic understanding to enforce corresponding margin maximization.

You have proven knowledge and experience in sales of commodities and non-commodities, especially in the field of plant-based electricity and heat generation as well as electric mobility.
