YOUR TYPICAL TASKS

At our company, you can expect an interesting, practical and diverse training:

  • During the logistics training, innovative logistical processes are the focus
  • You will gain insight into goods receipt processing, goods receipt control, and the storage and retrieval of goods
  • You will learn how to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment and will be responsible for transporting, picking, packaging, loading and shipping goods
OVERVIEW OF THE PROFESSION
  • Duration of training:
    Warehouse specialist 2 years, with the possibility of extending to a specialist for warehouse logistics (3 years)
  • Dual training in the company and at the Johann-Philipp-Palm vocational school in Schorndorf, part-time vocational school classes
  • Possibility of extending for an additional year to become a specialist for warehouse logistics with good performance
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least a good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Ideally, some experience in a warehouse or with shelves or similar
  • Good academic performance in German, mathematics, and good spatial imagination
  • Good written and spoken German, knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office
