Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and events
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Process transactions using a pointofsale (POS) system and handle cash transactions
- Utilize landscape maintenance skills to care for plants and floral arrangements
- Utilize Spanish language skills to assist Spanishspeaking customers
- Utilize ecommerce platforms to promote and sell floral products
Experience:
- Previous experience in floral design is preferred
- Proficiency in retail sales and cash handling
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders efficiently
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms for online sales
