For the commercial training department at our location in Pfronten, we are currently seeking a/an:

ELECTRONICS TRAINER (M/F/D)

Job Description

  • Responsibility for the electronics training department
  • Participation in the strategic and sustainable development of commercial training
  • Coordination and implementation of practical and theoretical training content according to the training framework
  • Planning and management of trainees' assignments
  • Regularly conducting discussions with trainees regarding performance and behavior
  • Participation in the design of workstations and planning of equipment in the training center
  • Regular participation in job fairs or similar recruiting events such as school projects, etc.
  • Contact person for vocational schools and chambers of commerce in matters related to electronic training professions

Applicant Profile

  • Successfully completed training in electronics or mechatronics with additional qualification as an industrial master (electronics or mechatronics)
  • Preferably several years of professional experience in the field of electronics or mechatronics
  • Vocational and pedagogical qualifications (AdA certificate, training aptitude test)
  • High technical and social competence as well
