About Us:
Mayweather Boxing and Fitness is a dynamic instructor lead boxing and fitness experience. Our group fitness workouts are inspired by Floyd Mayweather's training and techniques using a variety of boxing combinations, cardio, endurance, and strength training. Our personalized approach to results is powered by in-studio technology, innovative programming, and daily variety. Through our diverse community and unique experiences, we empower all to find their inner champ. Our team encourages members and guests to find what being a champ means to them through their fitness journey.

Job OverviewYou'll lead group fitness-style workout outs helping our members find their inner champ As an instructor, you can expect to perform the following duties:● Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts● Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren't● Understanding the science behind our workouts, heart-rate-focused training programs, and being aware of what the competition is doing.● Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout● Acts as brand ambassador for community engagement, lead generation, civic networking, and collaboration
● Promotes the studio and brand through social media efforts by partnering with the studio team to participate in campaigns
As an Instructor, You Have :
● Enthusiastic, personable, and friendly disposition
● Passion for health and wellness
● "Teamwork makes the dreams work" attitude
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● 1 Year Of Coaching Experience Minimum
● Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Mayweather Boxing & Fitness.
● Be AED/CPR certified
*Specific job duties and selection requirements vary between Mayweather Boxing & Fitness studio locations. The studio's hiring manager can provide more details if you are selected to proceed with the interview process.
