Role description:
The Process Improvement Manager drives a rapid and continuous improvement culture by coaching others, leading improvement teams, identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing data, and helping to drive data-based decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Coach and lead multidisciplinary project teams
- Help implement a culture of continuous improvement in the plant
- Identify and pursue opportunities for improvement to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Become the plant expert regarding all relevant data sources and statistical analyses
- Comply with environmental and food safety standards as set forth in plant policies and programs within the departmental responsibilities
Minimum skills / qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience using various improvement methods and tools
- Selfmotivated and passionate about process improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in analytical software (i.e. JMP or Minitab)
Preferred skills / qualifications:
- Master's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Pay:
$90, $118,000.00 per year
