Job Summary:

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $12.50 per hour, paid biweekly.

In addition, the Office Assistant will have free meals and work in an amazing culture and work environment with opportunities for advancement.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet residents and visitors and answer incoming calls
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining company documents and files
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and repairs
  • Other duties and projects as assigned by the Office Manager or company leadership

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or administrative training preferred
  • 12 years of previous administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Must be able to work independently and take initiative as needed
  • Must be able to work legally in the United States without sponsorship
