As a Football Official, you will play a crucial role in ensuring fair play and maintaining the integrity of the game.

The playing level of our clients is from recreational (children 8 + in age and older) to high school varsity.

• Officiate football games at various levels, including youth, high school, and recreational leagues
• Enforce rules and regulations of the game to ensure fair play
• Make accurate and timely calls on penalties, fouls, and violations
• Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and other officials
• Maintain control of the game and manage any conflicts or disputes that may arise
• Monitor player safety and enforce safety protocols
• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on rule changes and officiating techniques

• Previous experience in sports coaching or officiating, preferably in football or related sports such as basketball
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with players, coaches, and fellow officials
• Strong knowledge of football rules and regulations
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Conflict management skills to handle challenging situations on the field
• Experience working with children is a plus
