    Position Overview:
    Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Workday Consulting Practice


    Responsibilities:


    Responsible for the overall integrity of the Workday platform and ensuring that all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated, implemented, delivered, and maintained.

    Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership and oversee the team's day-to-day activities across application implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance.

    Develop and execute the Workday ERP strategy and roadmap inclusive of application upgrades, enhancements and implementation activities that address business plans, vendor product developments and support requirements, while ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.

    Partner with operational leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement, assess current practices and processes and develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and/or services.

    Ensure maintenance of solution design and operations documentation and ensure processes related to application management excellence are established and followed.

    Evaluate new technologies and oversee the implementation of these technologies into the existing landscape.
    Collaborate with the broader architecture community to ensure that solutions align with target architectures and technology roadmaps.
    Maintain deep technical knowledge and understanding of the latest developments in the Workday space.

    Demonstrate a commitment to customer service by providing responsive and effective support, developing solid working relationships with leadership and end users, and delivering high quality services to meet expectations.

    Required Qualification(s):

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    Workday Financials and Human Capital Management implementation experience or 4+ years of Workday HCM and Financials Administration experience. Professional Services Automation and Adaptive experience preferred.
    3+ years of experience managing an enterprise technology team.
    3+ years of experience overseeing or executing projects in the enterprise application space.

    This is a project based consulting opportunity with a start date of 02/05/2024 with an initial duration through 03/31/2024, with opportunity to extend or be hired on a permanent basis.
