What Will You Do?

You will work on M&A acquisition, divestment, and joint venture projects for Siemens
You will support the M&A team during the preparation and transaction phases, including preparing key documents, financial modeling and valuation, and conducting due diligence
You will also assist with department-specific tasks, such as digitalization within the M&A process and reporting

What Do You Need?

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a strong academic record in accounting, business, or finance
Previous experience in an investment bank, M&A advisory, private equity, or finance-related role is preferred
