We are looking for

For our IT support team, we are currently seeking an IT service manager for a permanent full-time position in Tupelo. This role will involve managing and executing the application operations for document management solutions for our clients, as well as implementing customer projects.

Your responsibilities

Managing ITIL processes in the areas of incident management, request fulfillment, problem management, and change management for Windows server and application landscapes
Serving as the main point of contact for the client's IT service manager
Conducting regular meetings and tracking activities
Overseeing IT support, including subcontractors
Monitoring agreed-upon KPIs and service levels (SLAs)
Ensuring the smooth operation of services and addressing any issues that may arise
