We are looking for
For our IT support team, we are currently seeking an IT service manager for a permanent full-time position in Tupelo. This role will involve managing and executing the application operations for document management solutions for our clients, as well as implementing customer projects.
Your responsibilities
- Managing ITIL processes in the areas of incident management, request fulfillment, problem management, and change management for Windows server and application landscapes
- Serving as the main point of contact for the client's IT service manager
- Conducting regular meetings and tracking activities
- Overseeing IT support, including subcontractors
- Monitoring agreed-upon KPIs and service levels (SLAs)
- Ensuring the smooth operation of services and addressing any issues that may arise
