As a Host/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience.

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Seat guests and provide them with menus
• Take reservations and manage the waitlist
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Provide accurate wait times and manage seating arrangements
• Assist servers with table setup and cleanup
• Process guest payments using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of the host/host station and lobby area
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns or complaints effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional demeanor
