    Are you looking for the next opportunity to revolutionize an industry? If so....We are seeking an experienced Associate Quality Assurance Engineer capable of ensuring the delivery of bug-free, scalable, secure solutions that delight our customers.

    Responsibilities include test planning, test development, and executing them for newly created features, all while working in a Scrum environment.

    Close interaction with external technical customers and coordination with the rest of the QA team is a must.

    This is a hands-on position that requires both manual and automation testing skills, as well as functional and technical expertise, creativity, ownership, great communication skills, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, agile environment.

    As an Associate QA Engineer, your role will involve designing and executing manual and automated tests for the application, and you will champion the quality perspective for all aspects of integration being developed.

    You will work closely with the Quality Team, Dev Team, Product Management, and DevOps groups. Your work will be instrumental to the business and disruptive to the industry.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participates in the design and development phases of the software development life cycle to ensure that quality standards are met.

    Conducts functional and regression testing on software applications to identify defects and issues. Develop and maintain existing test cases and test plans with timely updates. Document and track defects and issues using bug-tracking tools. Contribute to the planning of test activities by helping the team set test coverage goals and define test strategies. Collaborate with developers to ensure defects are resolved, and that the software meets the required quality standards. Ability to develop technical skills in new technologies supporting ongoing modernization efforts. Contribute and participate in test automation strategy using EP's automation tool Nexial, Cypress. Evaluate opportunities for improvement in our test automation framework and continuously improve the solution by partnering with appropriate teams. Build automated test scripts and execute manual tests on the system. Communicating test results and progress to project managers and other stakeholders. Provide timely escalation of issues and problems. All other tasks assigned by leaders from time to time.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required. 1 to 2 years of QA experience with knowledge of Agile Methodology preferred. Excellent testing instincts and ability to approach testing from a functional and integration point of view. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in software applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, document, and track defects and issues. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with other team members, developers, and stakeholders. Ability to create test plans, test cases, and test scripts and execute them. Ability to innovate in creating and implementing testing solutions to meet customer needs. Knowledge of bug-tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Mantis. Support activities with onshore and offshore team members and ensure quality deliverables on time. Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Cucumber. Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest testing tools and techniques. Good understanding of business, technology, and market trends. Flexible and adaptable, seeking out and open to new ideas and approaches.

    Conversant with Agile/Scrum development methodology Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

    Ability to absorb new information for current and future problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to work in company-provided work area and equipment and access tools and equipment as needed.
