    Job Description:
    Mobile App QA Engineer


    Overview:
    We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Mobile App QA Engineer to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality assurance and manual testing, ensuring our customer-focused mobile applications are bug-free and perform optimally.

    This role involves both remote work and occasional on-site testing at apartment communities or our office in Irvine.


    Responsibilities:
    Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans.
    Execute test cases, perform defect tracking, and manage issues.
    Conduct UAT/regression testing on mobile applications, APIs, web services, and external tools.
    Identify, report, and document QA issues and project risks to product managers.
    Work with development teams on Sprint planning and related test requirements.
    Engage with users for comprehensive testing and debugging as needed.
    Perform initial root cause analysis for Mobile App ServiceNow tickets.


    Requirements:
    2-5 years of experience in app testing and debugging on both Android and iOS devices.
    Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams to develop test plans for mobile applications.
    Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications is preferred.
    Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 360, Firebase Analytics).
    Proficient in documenting thorough and detailed bug reports.


    Availability:
    Willingness to come on-site for manual testing at apartment communities or the Irvine office as needed.
