This job offer is open to both experienced candidates and motivated young professionals who want to focus on this field.

Responsibilities:

Sales of diverse research services to savings banks, banks, and institutional investors, in collaboration with customer managers
Customer training on the entire range of research services, especially via video conferencing systems but also onsite
Participation in projects for further digitalization of the production and sales process of research services
Analysis of the use of existing research services, including the development of targeted new offerings
Conducting and evaluating regular customer satisfaction surveys
Management of the sustainability information integrated into the services offered

Requirements:

Completed university degree (business administration, business mathematics, business engineering, business informatics) or equivalent education/qualification
Demonstrated customer orientation and teamwork skills
Affinity for training customers via video conferencing systems
Experience with databases and MS Office tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
