ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Remove trash from office areas and apartment community grounds on a daily basis.
2. Remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make ready.
3. Water properly plants, flowers and grass in between scheduled visits or in absence of lawn care contractor.
4. Assist maintenance and or make ready staff as needed.
5. Other duties as they come about.
20-30 hours per week.

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
