    Role Impact

    As an Electrical Engineer within our organization, you will have a key role in fostering innovation and ensuring operational excellence. Your input will directly impact the effectiveness and reliability of our drilling processes, aligning with our commitment to delivering advanced solutions in the oil and gas industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design & Development: Engineer and innovate complex electrical control systems for oil and gas drilling machinery, encompassing Electrical One Line Diagrams, Wiring/Interconnect Diagrams, Loop Diagrams, and I/O Lists.
    • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with external partners, clients, and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate and enhance designs, ensuring they meet all specified requirements and limitations.
    • Project Management: Supervise the design and deployment of new drilling products, handling tasks such as coordinating Factory Acceptance Tests, commissioning, and providing initial support.
    • Quality Leadership: Spearhead efforts to boost quality and productivity, guaranteeing that all designs adhere to both national and international standards.
    • Additional Tasks: Undertake supplementary duties as necessary to uphold team objectives and project targets.


    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technology.
    • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in control systems, possessing specific expertise in NEC, IEEE, IEC standards, and hazardous area assessments (ATEX, IECEx, UL, FM, CSA).
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and PLC/HMI applications is advantageous.
    • Industry Knowledge: Prior exposure to drilling equipment and applications is advantageous.
    • Travel: Capable of traveling nationally and internationally when necessary.
