- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to acquire new users, drive engagement, and maximize revenue
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities through data-driven analysis and experimentation
- Oversee and optimize the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to align growth initiatives with product roadmap and marketing campaigns
- Manage and mentor a high-performing growth team, fostering a data-driven, experimentation-focused culture
- Leverage various growth channels (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Partnerships, etc.) to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Continuously analyze and optimize key growth metrics, leveraging data and insights to inform strategic decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth hacking and user acquisition
- Proven track record of driving significant growth and scaling user acquisition in a SaaS or AI technology company
- Deep understanding of self-serve (PLG) motion, growth marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices across various channels
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and a willingness to experiment and take calculated risks. Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- 5+ years of growth or marketing experience. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience)
