Requirements / Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

AND:

Paid experience in food preparation preferred.
Knowledge of quantity food preparation.
Operation of food service equipment and principles.
Practices of sanitation and safety related to food service.
Two (2) recent letters of reference.
To be considered, all requirements must be attached when submitting application.

Applicants must successfully complete each part of the examination process in order to be considered further
