We manufacture mechanical movements as well as technologically and qualitatively high-quality quartz movements for wristwatches. Well-known brands around the globe incorporate our timepieces into their watch models. Due to retirement, we are looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual. Your responsibilities * Ensuring smooth order processing for quartz and mechanical movements, as well as components * Supporting the sales management in administrative matters and sales correspondence in German, French, and English * Central role in the introduction of the sales process in the new ERP system (e.g. maintaining documentation, creating test scenarios, and conducting tests) * Creating offers, calculations, and maintaining statistics * Organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
